Dr. David Gibbs, Jr. was our speaker on Monday, April 28^th.

It was a special blessing to be able to honour Dr. and Mrs. Robert Kirkland. It was because of his vision that we have FBCC today. Mrs. Carol Phillips was also honoured in memory of her husband, Dr. James O. Phillips. Dr. Phillips was our first college president.

We awarded three one year certificates of Biblical studies. We conferred two Bachelor of Sacred Music degrees, ten Bachelor of Religious Education degrees, and two Bachelor of Theology degrees. We have strong expectations from this year’s graduating class.

The Lord also allowed us to honour Dr. Mark Bohman, Dr. Phil Clayton and Dr. Brian Thiessen with Doctor of Divinity degrees. These three pastors, all with church planting experience, are doing a wonderful work for Christ in Canada. They are pastoring strong conservative fundamental churches. These pastors are true to their Baptist heritage and we appreciate their leadership in Canada.
